Hi I´m Dilara Akça from Istanbul/ Turkey. I´m in 7th semester in medical school.
I did one month internship in Vivantes Klinikum Friedrichshain department of Pathologie and it was really nice. Even though i didn´t know any German they teached me everything in English. They allowed me to go in and go out whenever i wanted to. Mornings i was observing dissections and in the afternoons i was practicing microscophy with the cheff of the department Prof. Dr. Rickert. It was a great learning experience. Also I´ve taken part in an autopsy. And I was even allowed to cut the brain, splene and liver. I advice everyone to work in that department with those wonderful people.
